The conference will be held at the National Library of Taiwan. Taiwan is located southeast of Mainland China in Asia, one of the East Asian islands in the West Pacific Ocean. Taiwan is an island state, with Japan and Okinawa Islands to its north and Philippines to its south. A junction among Asian countries, the airline network in Taiwan extends in all directions. NCL is located in the center of Taipei City, the largest city in Northern Taiwan, facing the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial and close to the nation’s important administrative organizations, such as the Office of the President, the Ministry of Education, the Legislative Yuan, and the Executive Yuan. A 20-minute walk from the Taipei Main Train Station takes you to NCL. The Taipei Main Train Station is a transportation hub that is linked to the Airport MRT and the MRT Songshan Line that leads to Songshan Airport, and the Airport MRT connects with Taoyuan Airport within 35 minutes. The transportation around the station is very convenient.
